Thank you Thank you. I have been doing the program. I donâ€™t even think of it as a program. It is the way I will eat from now on! I started on May 4th and I am down 5 lbs in 6 days! Yeah Team! I dropped 22 pounds in only 90 days. I still continue to exercise only 7 minutes â€“ twice a day. I only do some low impact stretching â€“ a total of 14 minutes a day to keep my lean body mass in place. I am very, very encouragedâ€¦plus I had to go out and buy some new slacks and jeans because my old ones were ready to fall off if I didnâ€™t cinch them up with a new belt I bought. The old slacks were 42 waist, and what I bought last week were 36 inch waist. Iâ€™ve reset my goals and Iâ€™m looking forward to the next 90 days. Who knows what level I will reach!

I just anted to give you an update on my progress with your program. I ordered it April 4th and started it April 5th. At that time, I weighed 182 and two weeks later I weigh 171. I measured my waist when I first started your program and hips were 50in, waist 50in, and bust 50in. Today, April 19th, my hips are 45in, waist 41in, and bust 45.5in. Iâ€™m just letting you know that I have lost 19 pounds after the first month on the Fat Diminisher programme.
